Linking Lives UK is a national Christian charity working to combat social isolation among older people. This is achieved by supporting churches and Christian organisations to set up befriending schemes in their local communities which benefit older people at risk of loneliness and isolation.
Their new ‘Two’s Company’ telephone befriending initiative has been developed initially as a response to Covid-19, but with a view to becoming a helpful resource into the future.
