On Sunday 14th May, some of us will be seeking to re-enact the ancient tradition of Rogationtide Prayer Walking (but this time you can choose to drive if you can’t walk) around the edge of Bishop Auckland, including St Helen’s and West Auckland.
We very much hope that you and some will wish to participate in this physical act of corporate prayer for our home town, as together we ask for God to draw down His blessings here.
It’s a project that Christine Knights has been developing in collaboration with David Pott who you is very experienced in pilgrimages and prayer walking. The prayer route has been chosen to involve as many people and accessible locations as possible.
